Mouse Cortex Dataset

This dataset is a mitochondrial dataset derived from the mouse cortex, prepared by the Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and collected by the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, using a Zeiss Supra55 scanning electron microscope. The dataset includes two sets of images: one set consists of images collected by the electron microscope, while the other set comprises ground truth images of mitochondria created by experts. Each set contains 31 images, each measuring 8624 × 8416, with a voxel resolution of 2 nm × 2 nm × 50 nm, and a total volume of 17.2 µm × 16.8 µm × 1.6 µm.
