Team Of Microscale Reconstruction And Intelligent Analysis
The microscopic reconstruction and intelligent analysis team is affiliated with the Brain Intelligence Research Center of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since its establishment on August 1, 2015, the team has been dedicated to the research and development of synaptic level neural network reconstruction and analysis platforms, and has also tackled key technologies such as sample preparation, automatic slicing, microscopy, image synthesis, and 3D reconstruction to improve data acquisition. Annotate and analyze the efficiency, integrate the imaging system with the upstream sample preparation system and the downstream data analysis system to establish a high-throughput, automated brain micro-scale structural reconstruction platform to provide synaptic horizontal nerves for national brain science and brain intelligence research.
