仪器的用途

超薄切片机是电镜制样的配套设备，可切生物类材料、高分子材料、无机非金属材料、金属材料等，以备电镜观察。对于纳米尺度超薄切片自动收集机，可收千张以上的连续切片，为显微图像的微观重构提供了简单快捷的制样手段。

仪器的性能指标

切片厚度5nm-15μm，切片速度0.1-100mm/sec，切片窗口0-15mm。连续自动收集40nm厚度超薄切片大于1000片不丢片，连续自动收集50nm厚度超薄切片大于3000片不丢片。

送样须知及收费标准

样品需满足切片要求，对于生物类样品需自行制备，材料类样品如需包埋固定，请提前一周预约。另：切片费用不包含使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、镀膜仪等设备的费用，如需使用按照实际发生费用收取。
